These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by TRADEWORKSHOP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using our services or our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our services
TradeWorkshop.ai provides fully managed online-growth services to owner-operated trades businesses, which may include Google Business Profile management, review generation and monitoring, missed-call text-back, social media posting, email newsletters, and related marketing and reputation services. The specific services depend on the plan you select. We may adjust or improve the services over time.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and to hold the necessary rights and authority for any content, accounts, and customer contact information you provide to us. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer phone numbers or email addresses you provide were collected with the appropriate consent for us to contact those customers on your behalf. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
Fees & billing
Services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription for the fee stated for your plan. Fees are billed in advance each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change fees with reasonable prior notice.
SMS / text messaging terms
Consent. Text messages are sent only to people who have an established relationship with the business (for example, a customer who called or messaged the business, or who provided their number to the business) and who have not opted out. By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive service-related and informational text messages.
Message types & frequency. Messages may include missed-call responses, appointment and service updates, review requests, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies by interaction.
Opt-out & help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell your information, and mobile opt-in / SMS consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited messages, or to contact individuals who have not consented or who have opted out. We may suspend or terminate services used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, search rankings, review volumes, or lead outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeWorkshop's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the services as described in the Fees & billing section or for material breach. Upon termination we will stop providing the services; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of -laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
